Bullock's play honors his grandmother →
Roughly three months ago, Patricia Williams had cataracts surgery in an attempt to watch her grandson, freshman Reggie Bullock, play in a North Carolina uniform.
She never made it to a college game before she passed away on Jan. 7, “but I just knew that every game I was playing, she was there, watching,” Bullock said earlier this week. “And I know she still is.”
