Homegrown basketball talent is on the rise in North Carolina
“North Carolina is a hotbed for basketball,” said Rick Lewis, who runs a scouting service called the Phenom Hoop Report. “You have ACC country, and you think about it…with the population and the interest in basketball in the area, I think kids start at an earlier age here.”
